The hotel offers good rooms with a great city view, but lacks enough light near the full-length mirror for ladies. The service was professional and charming. The location is convenient for visiting family and attending events. The dining experience was good, and the facilities met expectations.

The hotel has large and well-furnished rooms, but they are horribly dirty and poorly maintained with issues like doors not closing properly and water leak traces. The service is courteous, especially Ms. Asha at the check-in counter. The location is unbeatable, opposite the metro station, and close to shopping areas. The dining offers good options but may become boring after a while. Despite the shortcomings, staying on the same floor is a bit better but not significantly improved.

The hotel gives a luxurious feel but falls short on cleanliness and room services. The room I got wasn't the one I booked online. The service, however, was friendly and interactive, making our late-night arrival smooth with a complimentary late check-out. The location offers easy access to Janakpuri West metro station, a convenient feature. The dining options were tasty, but the bathroom showed signs of wear. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and comfy, but the soundproofing could be better, as the AC sounded like being in an airplane cabin. However, the fresh towels and superb view were nice touches.
